Season Finale

Well it's been a great football season for the Beacon Bulldogs. Today they finished the season with the Section 1 Class A consolation round game.  They easily defeated the Walter Panas High School Panthers with a 40-0 victory.

The Bulldogs had one of their best seasons in many years with a record of 6 wins and 3 losses. We predict that they are going to be even tougher to beat next fall!

Because Every Mom's Nest Should Be Protected

A charity very near and dear to my heart is Sparrow's Nest.  Sparrow's Nest was founded by a good friend of mine, Krista Jones.  This organization cooks and delivers two trays of food to women with cancer in the Hudson Valley.

On October 19th, the Sparrow's Nest Superhero 5K Run/walk took place at the Dutchess County Rail Trail in East Fishkill.  Proceeds from the 5K were used to offset the costs of those running in the Disney Marathon in support of the mission of Sparrow's Nest.

To Have and To Hold

It was a Game of Thrones inspired wedding for Gail and Matt on September 13, 2014.  The wedding and reception took place at the Bride's parents sprawling estate located in Armonk, New York.

A down-pouring rain couldn't stop this bride from smiling as she exchanged "I do's" under a beautiful flower adorned chuppah. Their guests enjoyed cocktails and h'orderves and then proceeded into a magnificent tent that was decorated to look like it was part of the set of Game of Thrones. In additional to a traditional reception, the wedding guests were treated to traditional belly dancers and a jester juggling.
